This cheddar type made from our own sheep milk is made on farm, cloth bound, from thermised milk, developing a nutty flavour with age.

You can buy our cheese by multiples of 200 gr, 0.2 kg. That means if you select 1 unit you will get 200 gr of cheese. Multiples unit are usually cut in one bigger piece unless specified by you in the order.
