This Gouda style cheese is made by Elizabeth on the farm with cow milk from the neighbor’s farm. It’s a cheese for everyday and a true bargain for a farmhouse artisan cheese. It’s a semi hard young cheese, great grilled and on toasts.

You can buy our cheese by multiples of 200 gr, 0.2 kg. That means if you select 1 unit you will get 200 gr of cheese. Multiples unit are usually cut in one bigger piece unless specified by you in the order.
